A: I was directed to return to the app, and I see the counter reached 100% and nothing else happens. What should I do? If the counter reached 100% (Android) or the spinner spins (iOS) for more than 90 seconds, it means the Red Hawk was not able to reach Red Hawk's server as part of its installation. This may be due to poor wi-fi reception at the installation location. Try changing location and repeat the installation process. Q: How can I know that my trap was able to connect to RedHawk's server? A: At the end of the wi-fi teach process, the trap will make a success sound and the lights will turn off.
